Only one post about the possibly propriety tech involved…I must know more.

You’re silly. Can’t ignore the differences because that’s wrong, but acknowledging them can be too. Self segregation.
Maybe we can come together to make up this “world” you speak of.

There might be a requirement to accept interference, as with most consumer technology – though I am probably wrong.

“It was a type of powerlessness I’d never really experienced before; watching on as the ghost of a tragedy played itself out…”
I pass the same guy when exiting the bridge offramp in the city. I can definitely relate. Not only does my heart race, my imagination goes wild with all the possible alternate realities that could take place, that is, if I wasn’t helpless myself.
This kind of immersion will definitely change WoW journeys, presuming it gets there.

I figured I would share what I do know in hopes that others would share what they know. Do you know something?

This would also house “design” things.

This, and the shootdown vid added in the comments, seems very much like a quantum experience. I have had a crazy connection with a place I have never been, except, I was there, and here, all at the same time.
Computing…crazy.

I have been wanting my own personal drone, one that follows me around filming everything. I feel you on your concerns.

Yes! The only way to fight (and, in this case, oppression) is with surveillance. Too bad places like Texas in the US are preventing some of this.

Apple shamelessly steals, but that’s admittedly been a favored approach, as it allows them to create what they see as the “best” experiences. Too bad I prefer greater customization and supporting independent freedom respecting developers.

Can’t we use IMAP or something and create settings that have messages bypass the corp. servers? Or am I mistaken?

But isn’t that the hardest thing when it comes to peer-to-peer, getting our peers to take the appropriate steps? It seems easy with things like encripted hushmail or something, e.g., “answer this question you already know the answer to”. But with things like encrypted VOIP services, to replace the need for “cellphones”, how do we get dads to use them?
