Agreed. The Pixel offers better hardware than can be had for hundreds more on alternative laptops. Features like the touch screen, touchpad, keyboard, and design are industry leading. For many, Chrome OS isn’t a good fit and so the Pixel won’t work for them. For others (myself included) the OS is perfect and the Pixel is an amazing value. By the end of the week, I anticipate several criticisms of Chrome OS will be retired. By the end of 2013, google will be hitting their stride on Chrome OS. People will still have allergic reactions to the OS but some folks simply can’t see the future…
