Bluetooth is great if you’re the driver too. Just get into the car, start it up and your bluetooth music or podcast is playing for you.
I’ve found the Sound Quality to be better than Sirius (so much better than FM) and the skip forward/back/pause controls work on all of the modern Fords that I’ve driven.

This is if your car stereo doesn’t have Bluetooth built into it and you can’t be bothered to connect it to the phone with a cable.

Do you slam the door behind you so they can’t get in, or are you a decent guy in case of that rainy Thursday night when you have your hands full with groceries and need a hand to get in?

Exactly. Yeah, they’re seen as different, but they try to impose as little on others as possible and manage to live their life the way they feel God wants them to.

You could always put an internet restriction up for yourself against the verge.com ;)

Woah, read above, they aren’t being excluded! Just invited to watch from the comfort of their own kitchens so dinner is on the table for when their men get home ;)

The other thing about this, is given recent history in Brooklyn. Like getting a bike lane removed because female cyclists were wearing clothes which weren’t modest enough (despite not being Orthodox Jews). I wouldn’t blame some readers to worry that this is an attempt at imposing restrictions on the general public, as they have put cyclists at risk with that.

Perhaps people are getting mixed up that this rally was for Orthodox Jews, not for widespread controls against the internet.
I personally don’t think that putting restrictions on things at a technical (or legal) level shows restraint.
Explain why things aren’t good for human consumption, why you shouldn’t do certain things, explain right from wrong. However, the reasons for a lot of restrictions in the Abrahamic religions are very outdated now. Made sense without modern science, I’ll grant you that.

Whilst Google Navigation was a nice free feature, its dependence on an Internet connection, severe overheating and battery use on my Galaxy Epic 4G meant that it wasn’t as good as it could’ve been on long journeys (where I needed navigation. The phone overheated on me once and left me a little screwed while I waited for it to cool down…).
I’ve been pretty happy with my iPhone and Navigon (US East), it’s much better than the Neverlost GPS in the Hertz rentals I use from time to time when I pair it with a screen mount. I always have an iPod cable with me, as the Fords and Chevys they have include USB ports which are great for charging, and at least it doesn’t overheat when in use or charging like the Epic 4G used to!
I’d prefer Waze, but when traveling through pretty rural areas, it’s more peace of mind to have the maps all downloaded ready to use.
