I’m not looking for something to hate, i was just looking for more. The game is mindless clicking.. I so miss the old builds, more difficult and customized specs and differing playstyles.. In fact, my view is just the opposite of your analogy, i keep poking myself and it doesn’t hurt.. yet it should.. there just isn’t anything there, its not scratching my itch.

AH and RMAH sort of kills it for me.. it is too easy to get good gear.. Even if you avoid AH, that means avoiding public games or friends who shop their because being OP trivializes the experience big time

I thought it was rather bland and the AH seems to ruin it for me.. not to mention Blizzard swining the infamous nerf bat. I guess after years of WoW and previous Diablo generations, i’m just tired of it. Gear games were fun as a kid when i could burn time looking for unique pieces to move on, but with 10 minutes in the AH and a little trading, the game is trivial for caster classes and downright impossible for melee and i don’t want to put myself through the changes that will make or break playstyles anymore. I’d rather have the imperfect graphics of Oblivion with consistent playstyle then nerfbat blizz breaking things.. scarilly enough PVP hasn’t even been released, wait until THAT nerf bat comes out

The OS licensing for WinRT and WP8 is pretty cheap comparitively speaking – especially since MS does all the heavy lifting of hardware certification, device drivers and core functionality. Instead of having kernel hackers and UI designers on staff to support custom android rollouts you could simply pay for Winodws 8 licensing and have your own app and device driver team if you’re looking to extend the ecosystem beyond spec.
and oh yeah, most importantly, you’re not just paying for the OS, you’re getting indemnification.

electronic purchasers don’t get guest passes, so i don’t have any to share.
First 1-20 levels are fun, so i upgraded my guest pass.. it wasn’t until a week into committing to a monk that i noticed how bad the game is beyond the fun of beating a few bosses initially.
i may have stuck around if PVP was around, but meh.. i’ll finish oblivion and save my 60 bucks for GW2

I explained why i asked for a refund.. its not the same diablo i played a decade ago.. its more like world of diablo craft, with someone whose name is bashiok vs ghostcrawler. Why would anyone feel compelled to keep a again that promises great adventure and lots of depth when you beat it in a single day and the difficulty is more annoying than challenging and the loot is free for the asking with people dumping gear in AH left and right.
so yeah, i’ve asked for a refund. Back to Oblivion where i can finish a story and not have someone nerf my character 1 week in :)

The UI is completely do-able on controller as well. with 2 buttom mashing and 4 hotkeys is all you need to map.. seems like a no brainer but to be honest, i can’t see blizzard doing a console game because of their hotpatch cycle and nerf bat, they would have to actually plan something out better then their apparently capable of doing

Rubbish, people want to find out details of something they’re interested in. I like Windows for the most part, but i already know its shortcomings. Even with shortcomings, we dont’ need the pot shots we often see here for the sake of pot shots. You would be BLIND to not realize they shark bate their MS articles for hits and traffic here..
