There is not “only” or one or the other in this…they can’t pick and choose who to restrict you imbecile. Guys like Best Buy have an online and real world presence, no? They don’t split the stock in their warehouses between the two venues. When they buy in bulk they buy with one contract. No, that passage means this move is intended to stop people coming in to look at a TV in a shop and going home to buy it for less on the internet…in other words the price in the shop and online will be exactly the same, namely by restricting online retailers from discounting below the brick and mortar price.
