It really depends on your budget. If you’re getting a contract or something – then the One. Better hardware > better software, as you can always root and flash custom roms. Having said that, I have a nexus 4 and its frikkin awesome :D can’t wait to get the next version of android before every other phone hehehe.
Most of the users have skydrive by default – by having Hotmail accounts. I can guarantee 99.9% of dropbox users actually use their file sharing service. Whereas probably less than half use skydrive.
