Maybe it’s inaccurate for some things, but “hopelessly inaccurate” seems a bit exaggerated. Many cool and unexpected applications have been borne from that do-hickey.

I’m scarred for life after my punkass 7th grade Social Studies teacher tricked us by giving us an assignment on info about “LA.” We all came back with info on Los Angeles and he said he wanted it on Lousiana.

It’s great technology, but we need a clear use for it right off the bat. You won’t get a lot of people buying this unless they have a use for it.

I think we have endless examples of great technology not being adopted just because it was technically great, and many other (perhaps not as great) technologies taking root after the platform they are part of shows off hos it enhances people’s lives.
