Right. I am really curious how such a litigious company like Apple never went after Google and Schmidt over the allegations that Apple fanboys keep putting forward. They sue anybody over anything. But they wouldn’t sue over direct corporate espionage? I don’t buy it.

Wish this stupid myth would die. Android was designed as a platform. And this was one reference device of many that were planned.
The proof is in the pudding. Android’s first really popular device was the Droid. A device with a full touchscreen and a full keyboard.
