It’s HTC products which convinced me to try Android in the first place, starting with the Hero, then the Evo, then the Evo 4G LTE and now the HTC One. If not for them, I might have bought an iPhone instead. It bothers me that Samsung is dominating, considering they have no incentive to make a top notch phone.

Interpretation: Dish is sinking and Sprint is their life raft. This does not sound like it would be a better combination than Sprint with Softbank.

Kudos to Samsung for managing to make the phone thinner, while fitting a larger battery and increasing the screen size, however, the phone is still disappointing because of their choice of materials and the laggy software. These are areas Samsung needs to spend more time on. I’m very happy with my HTC One.

I have two friends with iPhone 5’s and even they think the screen on my new HTC One looks better. After looking at their phones, I have to agree. Perhaps, Tim should pick one up.
