If you’re going through the trouble to install a non-public beta, you should know what you’re getting yourself into. If you ask a question such as “How do I fix low battery life?” in reference to a beta version of any software or hardware, it indicates a lack of knowledge of the beta process. Had the OP made the disclaimer that he understands it’s a beta version, the responses would have been better.

It just gets really annoying when people ask the same questions over and over again and people have to give the same answers over and over again. It has nothing to do with being defensive regarding Apple, contrary to what you seem to think. Simply put, people should have zero expectations of beta software being a capable replacement for thoroughly tested stable software.

My apologies to the OP for receiving the brunt of this frustration, but I’m sure they now understand why their battery life is lower than expected.
