I’d still take the HTC One with Sense that an S4 with stock just because of the hardware. Sense is much less intrusive to me than TouchWiz but neither are as great as stock. Even if you don’t like Sense, you could just flash the ROM or install Apex on it. I do think its interesting that Google actually got Samsung to put out their flagship phone with stock after the mad success they had with the S III that was never shipped with Stock.
True, but look at Google Wave, Google+ (in terms of social penetration), Nexus Q, Google Buzz, the list goes on. In my mind it seems that people at google tend to gather around the board room and think of ideas and put very little effort into them and putting it out when it clearly doesn’t work well. They can’t seem to even sell hardware from the play store smoothly.
I’d find it hard to believe that this would be worse than GameCenter. I always have low expectations for Google products when i first hear of them but this may be an exception. I hope Google doesn’t let me down.
Safari using over 700mbs is a lot? I’ve been quite used to that and thought it was normal, though, i’ve only been a Mac user since last year when i got an Air with Lion on it. I’m running ML and i still see the same behavior. Right now, i have 5 tabs open, one of which is youtube and Activity Monitor says Safari is using roughly 730mb. For what its worth, i have 8gb of ram on my Air.
Havent been this excited about WWDC since 2010 when the iPhone 4 came out. A new version of OS X is always nice but the main interest this year is definitely iOS. Im hoping Apple has a thing or two up its sleeve.
