Wouldn’t be so bad if they allowed you to uninstall any app without having to root the phone first. Small advantage but that is something WP does well. Considering you can’t move apps to SD either, at least as far as I know, that 16Gb might be getting a bit shallow with ever increasing amount of apps, pictures, video and other misc content we consume. Samsung should at least offer a 32Gb version.
