Well, at some point these patent wars were going to come to a head. Here it is. Can’t really take sides as much as I dislike Apple. The bottom line is that patent law needs to evolve some, but because it’s politics and money, it won’t happen anytime soon. So the little people (us, the consumers) loose and technological advancement stalls. Sigh…
