I’ve been fortunate enough to have visited CERN last year. Though we didn’t get the chance to go all the way down to the CMS due to dangerously high levels of radiation at the time.

That was my comment.
Looking back I can see why it may be seen as a little trollish, and for that I apologize if it offended anyone; that genuinely wasn’t intended as an attack on The Verge or any of the staff.
It just seemed a bit ‘out there’ to say the least as a topic for a post I’d expect to find here. The study itself looks like a waste of time, even more so to write a post about it.

As much as I am curious to see what it looks like, I’m much more concerned with what it can do. At the end of the day it just sits there on a shelf anyway.
For example how quickly can I get from turning it on to being in game…and how loud does it get…
