Mine comes off the charger around 7am. I stream MOG through BT for about 40 min to work. I use Blinkfeed, FB, Twitter apps throughout the day along with texts and usually about 10min of random video streaming. Two days ago I plugged it in when I went to bed and didn’t realize the plug had pulled from the outlet a bit and wasn’t charging. I woke up with over 40% batter and actually went to early afternoon before I decided to plug it in a bit.
Right now I have about 12hrs on battery and have 45% left. I’m completely happy with my batter performance and if I feel I’ll nex some extra I’ll turn power save mode with great results.

Well done!
I’m honestly right there with you across the board. The One does everything i need a smartphone to do and it does it very well. I don’t miss iOS or stock Android. I actually said to a friend yesterday that I couldn’t care less if my One gets any updates because, for once I’m very happy with the current version. My fiancé is a bit jealous of the speakers and always comments on them which is a rare thing for her to say anything about my phones.
Again, very well done and I love the added pics.

The store I work in sells as many Ones as we do the S4. We give customers the low down on both phones as they are next to each other and tons of people are choosing the One. We’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well they’re selling.
3 days ago on As good as HTC One is, it is not selling well and that bothers me

A friend of mine went from the One X to the One and says it’s a world of difference in performance and battery. I’ve loved mine since launch day and haven’t had any issues with it at all.

I don’t notice anything I’d consider lag. I think it helps to have non fantasy land expectations. I’ve had mine since launch day and it’s always super smooth. No more lag for me than the iPhone 5 was before it.

I only have limited time with it, but it was pretty solid. I would choose over a Note 2 if I were in the market for one. I would not trade my One for it though.

I’d like it to show an update when more content partners are available. I find myself using it throughout the day much more than I thought I would. I’ve even left it as my main home screen.

I’ve had a Nexus One, Nexus S and GNex. All great devices. I really loved the Nexus One when it was new and it was kinda like Christmas morning opening that beautiful box.

I buy new phones far too often because I’m a compulsive idiot. I’m hoping to get some serious legs out of my HTC One.

My next car will likely be a hybrid of some sort. My Scion iQ gets around 37mpg without highway driving, but I’d love to be getting around 50. I’m a fan of micro cars so maybe they’ll be some good choices for me when the time comes.

I have DirecTv and can pull up the guide just fine with the drop down in the upper left of the app. I find it very handy and I’m pretty impressed with HTC’s implementation.

I have tons of customers come in and ask for “that Galaxy phone” that their friend said to get. They don’t even need to demo it and they’ve made up their minds without knowing anything about it. It’s the same thing we see with iPhones so Samsung’s marketing is working and “Galaxy” is becoming a household name. I’m not an S4 fan as I don’t like Sammy’s phones in general, but I can see why they’re so popular for sure.
Sales figures will be great, but that doesn’t make the phone any less cheap feeling considering the cost.

I use battery widget reborn and you can pinch in the notification shade and it’ll give you toggles. Some of them just take you to the settings to click on it, but it’s convenient enough for me. There’s also the good old toggles widget if you really need them. It doesn’t bother me so it’s not a big deal and there are enough advantages with this phone that I love to more than I make up for it.

I get a full day now without fail. My battery widget tells me over 16hrs average, but it’s generally above 30% when I plug it in. I’m happy with the battery life.

My HTC rep told me that they actually had almost nothing to do with the First. AT&T and FB got together and pretty much just got HTC to build the hardware to their specs. That’s the only reason it runs stock. I wouldn’t expect a ton of support from HTC on this phone.

You can exit the notification shade by hitting home or back button. I just did it.

I wonder how much battery life is sucked up by using these features often. I tested all of the air gestures today and while they generally worked none of us in my store were impressed. Basically cool stuff that you might use for a few times and then forget it even exists. The hover feature is nice, though.

I turned power saver on this morning and I’m amazed. After about 12hrs off of charge I’m still at 62% with moderate usage. I light the phone up a lot. I’m always checking Blink Feed, FB, Twitter and using apps like The Verge and Engadget. I stream music via BT in the car and watch a little video throughout the day. I likely would have been at around 30% without power save on and I’m not noticing any dip in performance.

I’m extremely happy with mine (AT&T). I don’t notice the bloat much as I usually work off of home screen shortcuts. Thankfully they don’t include Lookout.
I love Blink Feed and use it often throughout the day. Screen and speakers are both completely amazing and I’d hate to go back to regular phone speakers at this point. It’s not just that it’s 2 speakers it’s the quality of them.
