What’s misleading about it? They used to develop titles for Wii U, they’re no longer developing any Wii U titles. Seems pretty accurate to me.

“…on par with modern consoles”

Ya, except those consoles aren’t modern – they’re 8+ years old, they’re cheaper than the Wii U and they have significantly more games available and releasing in the near future.
