I need a Sprint version, bit only after Sprint requests a black version from Samsung with no buttons or logos on the front.

I don’t understand Facebook’s end-game anymore. There’s nowhere to go after you get a billion people to use your MySpace-like website…
…except this really cool awesome browser we just bought and rebranded!

Of course. The first Galaxy S set a precedent for durability in high-end smartphones. The people calling Samsung’s materials cheap really have no basis other than their own personal feel.

I too run out of the room whenever someone pulls out an iPhone.
Might be for different reasons though.

I was actually about to type nearly the exact same thing.
The differences between the international Galaxy S2 and Sprint’s Galaxy S2 (Epic 4G Touch) easily made it the best version of the entire Galaxy line last year. They bumped up the screen size to 4.52", got rid of the physical button, kept the squared off corners from the int’l version and was the only variant with a notification light on the front. Then on top of that Sprint decided to give it a ridiculous 10-syllable name.
I look forward to Sprint’s version of the GS3.

What’s so different about the SGS line compared to the Blaze 4G and Captivate Glide? Not much, really.
Stopped reading there. There’s a world of difference between this GS3 and a Captivate, and I don’t understand how this very article you posted in didn’t help you realize that.

I love the revisionist attitudes.
Android has had voice commands long before Apple.
Samsung purchased Vlingo long before Apple purchased Siri.
Siri looks like Notification Center which looks like Android’s notification “center” anyway.
Everyone needs to get over themselves.

No, actually they had the obligation, as laid out in their warranty and mentioned on their eBay store, where the device was purchased.
And no, I don’t find it harsh seeing as I don’t actually hope anyone physically dies in a fire. The consumer electronics company, that has gotten away far too long producing bad products, needs to die.

I would be at least a little worried about Samsung and HTC forking Android and deleting the Google Play Store from their OSes.
But I don’t care either way seeing as I will always be buying Nexus-branded devices from now on.

GS3 will be $299 at Verizon for at least the first few months until other carriers get it.
This seems to be their new strategy and they stick to it rather vigorously.
