And Xbox should support keyboards so you could probably plug that in and use that, if IE supports it.

Voice commands and however you currently type names and such on Xbox, using the controller for an on-screen keyboard.

Considering IE10 Metro won’t support Flash, I’d imagine they are going to go for the same route here too. Plus they’d need Adobe to convert Flash anyhow and I don’t think they are going to do it anytime soon, rather they keep reducing the amount of platforms they support lately.

Indeed. Having unified ecosystem will be a big step forward for Microsoft. Let’s hope it pays off and they do well.
