For me, CMYK. I know that Elements, Gimp and Pixlemator don’t support it. I’m not familiar with Acorn.

I don’t use Photoshop as such, but I need to be able open and make minor edits to layered CMYK PSDs.

So long as they remain compatible with CS5 then I’m okay, but in the long run it’s going to be a problem.
