As much as I love taxes, as a French person does, I feel like closing loopholes would be a better way to spend time than to introduce additional taxes.

That being said, this seems like a minor tax, and any additional revenue is essential lest the French government lose the ability to handle it’s debt. It is essential that France liberalize somewhat, but keep a high tax but strong welfare state in the interests of people over corporations.

Stop complaining. Private websites have every right to censor people who derail discussions about technology, the content of the podcast, etc.- like you.
