I think the disappointment with the phone is 3-fold :

a. . The display : While personally I never like to get into the pen-tile v/s Super Awesome Mind Boggling AMOLED plus debate, clearly it has struck a nerve among the masses.

c. No one’s buying the “feng shui, pebbles and water” stuff. Or the S-technology. They’re nice additions to a feature set (but i still doubt the live home/lock screen is much of a “feature”), but packaged in a very bland form/design, no one really cares two hoots about it.
