Wait what? That doesn’t really make any sense, how could you possibly ‘prove’ any future scientific research to be groundbreaking? Like ‘search for the cure to cancer’ I guess is the sort of thing Wilson wants authorised. Almost every important scientific discovery in history have been made accidentally, constraining science funding anymore will lead to a far LESS prosperous and interesting country I’ll tell you that.
