I fail to see why people are freaking out. It is a developers conference, and those developers are required to have Macs and iOS devices. It’s not meant for consumers (most of which don’t care), and their devs still get the information they need this way. No point in building in support for other devices and browsers if that’s not their target audience.

You actually will prolly get to the exciting part of E3 about 15 minutes in, and same with Apple’s, so you get a little bit of leeway. Just watch Twitter or something to see if WWDC is getting interesting before you switch to it then you get the best of both worlds.

And all of those devs kinda have to have a Mac or iOS device so I don’t see the problem here.

We’ve had a few of those. The last one got banned after I got into a fight with them cuz I told them they weren’t funny and just insecure and shit and then they threatened me, blocked me, and then someone reported them and their account got suspended. It literally only lasted 2 days and people thought it was funny as hell that I got on them about it. Calling them out and not backing down when they start smearing you is the best way to get rid of them in my experience, cuz that’s how its been for the others. Friends stop laughing and start reporting pretty quick.

I did some mockups about a week ago and came up with some different dimensions and stuff then this, though a very similar design to what I was expecting. Put next to a One for comparison.

They were purchased with grant money. Also, the teachers of Michigan get paid fairly good wages compared to many other states, especially in my school district which is the largest north of Mt. Pleasant.

I only get migraines when I haven’t had any caffeine within about a 12 hour period. I have overdone it a bit a few times and gotten to the point of shaking and/or being up too late but I usually do 3 or 4 cups a day or 2 + some Monster. My biggest problem with it is the “I gotta pee NOW” problem that ends up happening for a couple hours.

I cried multiple times throughout the piece. Meeting this woman would probably be one of the most rewarding experiences of someone’s life. I envy you a little bit for it.

Are you two fucking kidding me? Her face was not like a ghastly, disgusting, horrifying thing. Was it bad? Yes. I would t be able to continue living after what happened to her, and I think almost all of us would have taken the east way out. To say “her face was so ugly it needs a disclaimer” is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. Her face is real life. People actually look like that, and even worse in some cases. To censor it is incredibly distasteful, rude, and deplorable behavior. Her face had a certain beauty before, because you could tell she had been through so much and she yet was still there, still fighting. She is a hero, and should be treated as such. You treat her as less than a human shame on you both.

This is actually quite awesome. I have 100 Mbps at my house and like 4 at school. Would love to see higher here because when you get more than like 5 people in a room on the Internet it slows to a crawl. We all have school-supplied netbooks too so our Internet takes on huge loads when even 10% of our 1600 students need to connect. I often resort to using my phone as a hotspot to get ~10 Mbps down and avoid the waves of traffic.

I regularly get 14 hours+ of screen time, mainly just casual web browsing and a little bit of listening to music. Games bring it down closer to 6 or 8.
