Try restarting your phone if you haven’t. When I installed on my Galaxy Nexus it did not show up under widgets, but once I restarted it did. I find that happens to me a lot when installing apps with widgets, they don’t show until the phone is restarted. Not sure if it is an ICS bug or not.
