Good news. Not sure how many have noticed, Runkeeper has dropped support for WP just after a year because of lack of growth and traction in WP. That was pretty hurtful for WP ecosystem. I was actually surprised(and thankful) that it was not blown out of proportion by the tech community.

One word. Meh.
One X wins the design and matches the performance. Enough for me to decide if I’ve to.

Asus RT N16 – I use this and has been rock solid. DDWRT and Tomato compatible.

Not sure anyone has this problem. But based on all the recommendations here, I’ve installed Boid multiple times over the time in 2-3 devices and never got it to work even one time. Either it keeps crashing or the release to refresh doesn’t work. Every single time.

Yes. Cablevision has been good for me in the past year. I know that I pay over what it deserves but really do enjoy the 50mbps internet. They got HBO Go finally If only they get NFL Network and ESPN3.

I’ve been hearing they did this in NYC area. But still whenever I see only xfinitywifi option(few places where optimumwifi is not available) and try to connect, it doesn’t work for me as a cablevision registered customer. Am I missing something?

Is this something I need to manually login everytime using my optimum id or it will login automatically like the current optimumwifi (by registering the MAC address of the device)? I would prefer the 2nd way as it will automatically connect whenever there is a WiFi hotspot. Already i enjoy att and optimumwifi in NYC/NJ public places. Adding xfinitywifi and timewarner will make it worthwhile.

This. If a browser cannot handle NoScript or a similar addon, I wouldn’t use it. By this metric I think only Firefox and Opera are the only choices left.

That’s where Adblock Plus, NoScript and CookieMaster comes into play. I review and add exceptions to each domain as needed. Just try using NoScript once to see how many potential tracking scripts they serve.

They’re not lying technically. But they give an opinion that Firefox will be left to die if Google pulls out the money. But Kacho_ON’s rightly pointed out that Microsoft will pay Firefox if not Google. Understand that Google is donating money to Firefox, they’re paying for the right to keep it as the default search engine in the world’s popular independent browser.

I don’t like the way the suggestions(from history + web) are presented in Chrome. Firefox does it right. Two line format(Title + URL) with a delimiter for each suggestion. Takes up more space but it doesn’t look cluttered like Chrome. I cannot move to Chrome because of one reason. Awesome Bar. There is something not right with Chrome UI too. At least for me.

Currently there’s no way to do that in WP. So the only better way is to find and bookmark the URLs.
