It has nothing to do with the UI. Nokia is losing market share because they announced they were killing off Symbian a year before they had a viable WP handset. Consumers stopped buying Symbian because it was a “dead” OS and Nokia offered them no alternative. The crazy part of it is that Symbian has had more improvments and upgrades in the last year than it got in the previous four.

I’m not sure why the reference AT&T compatibility- all the Nokia Belle devices are penta band and work with any GSM carrier. Could they be adding LTE?
