If a guy found it and is using it without attempting to find the owner (which should not be particularly hard since it is A PHONE) then it’s stealing.

A video is not a status update. It’s a video. The entire point of a “status update” is that it takes less than 30 seconds to write and less than a third of that to consume (generally). Who is interested in making videos of their “status”? And who would be willing to watch them?

HA! As if Microsoft can show up with some late up-and-comer and hope to dethrone Google, the king of search. That’s like saying Apple could just make a mobile phone and in a handful of years essentially rip apart the entire mobile industry! As if!
