Sounds a bit like this in the UK – which was blocked twice (for good reason), but at least went through parliament. And despite the calls for more monitoring, There are some saying it makes no difference

EE are expensive though for LTE. Personally i’d suggest whoever is cheapest

EE are the only ones with LTE at the moment. If you plan on getting a new phone with DC-HSPA+, 3 seem to have the best coverage (branding it as “superfast”). Even on o2 you can still get about 3 mb on HSPA+. Coverage wise all have reasonably good coverage

IE – it still doesn’t auto upgrade to ie10 meaning that some PCs are running really old versions of ie (trying to go to any modern website in ie6 is impossible when I last tried about 2 years ago)

Most of those features are gimmicks which most users will disable (eye tracking anyone). Android beam is cool, but few people know about it
