In a way, this is less obtrusive and obnoxious than QR codes, but its inconspicuousness could also be its downfall in the sense that no one would think or know to scan the blinking light, as they would just perceive it to be random flashing lights in the city.

That just defeats the purpose of getting a 4G LTE phone. I understand the reasoning behind doing that, but it still irks me when people do that, even my best friend. Why get a 4G phone if you’re going to turn off the 4G radio most of the time?

When it’s a bureaucratic agency created to monitor the government, then it’s necessary. I’m all for less government, but ideally, this should have been in place long ago anyway.
