I don’t really have a problem with the rich evading taxes as such. In their situation I would do the same. The problem lies completely with the government. I completely agree that it is despicable that we have allowed our government to be sold to the highest bidders. It has got to the point where a bit of cash is worth far more than good policies in deciding who gets elected.

I don’t really approve of forced fluoridation of water to homes but you can hardly deny it is effective.

If I was one of them I would be more annoyed that my viewers had to put up with ads on my videos that were not benefiting me at all. I would far rather have no ads on videos for Nintendo games than have Nintendo profiting off my work even if it is enabled by their own.

Why is it a game then? Why not just sell it as an animated movie? That would be far easier if the player adds nothing to the game.

But people get bored just watching their friends play video games. These people must be adding some value because no one seems to just want to sit around and watch most people play through a game.

But so many of these YouTubers do it at least in part for the financial benefit they get from their videos. Would there still be as many high quality gameplay videos if the creators couldn’t run ads? Regardless of any legal issues this is a loss for both Nintendo who seem to only care about short term profits and the producers themselves who will either have to put up with having ads on their videos that do them no benefit or find other games to post videos of.
