Agreed. And anyone who uses photoshop only and calls themselves a designer should get a smack. And if you don’t pay for your software and pirate it while hard working designers pay for yours you should be pistol whipped.

It would be impossible for anyone to knock adobe out. Why? Because all print file formats and web are based off of adobe postscripts and file formats that adobe created. The entire industry would have to reformat the way their rip softwares work and ect. Even other design software has the option to save as an adobe eps or illustrator file. In most cases you end up having to save your file in an adobe format. It’s locked down. They will never go anyway u less they stop making software. But there are plenty of good apps out now that people use, in fact I know top designers and artists wh are well respected who don’t touch any adobe software, I do agree that they are over priced but it’s the only software that truly gets the job done for professionals. More people are using autodesks suite or manga studio each day.

Exactly, this software is for the pros. Not for a jackass like you to be playing around with.

Lol are you guys serious? Take my money your saying? This is the dumbest thing I think I’ve ever seen I’d rather play with a fuckin star wars toy than this. It’s existence is pointless! It’s nothing like a light saber. The toys the make at least come with sound effects lol. The vision of the light saber isn’t a damn lazer. Further more with how many dumb morons there are in the world you’ll be seeing people burning their eyes out with these things. This is the most foolish thing I’ve ever seen and I’m sure Lucas would agree.

Wow it’s really great to see google innovating. NOT! I mean come on man do these guys have any ideas of their own? It looks like they grabbed from windows and OSX and just jacked the ideas. Plus the whole entire idea of this chrome book thing is totally pointless. Whatever money they are putting into it they are going to lose. No one wants one of these things. People want the native experience. These things are pointless. Can we please see some innovation google?

I’d have to agree. I’ve been using paper and i really love it. They have the best pencil engine i’ve ever used on both mobile and desktop. I just wish it had a zoom in function being that we are so limited to what we can use as far as a stylus goes.

To be honest, at least in my view i don’t think anyone takes instagram that serious. I mean come on it’s an app on a phone. If people are trying to be actual photographers with an iPhone and instagram can they honestly be taken seriously? I think instagram is great for artists and designers to get inspired. I see it being used as a tool for that more than anything. In fact everyone i met on instagram thus far is an artist or a designer. And great ones for that matter. All the other stuff is for fun. The filters aren’t to be taken serious they are just for fun. If it wasn’t fun people wouldn’t use it. I think the person who wrote the article is a moron.
