That wasn’t the point, the point was that Android users are making Google + accounts just to leave reveiws. It may have a larger userbase than twitter but how many of them are actually on it as much as twitter or facebook.

This also brings up the question of people who do voice over work. I have watched some pretty good LP’s from youtubers. I don’t watch them for the game, I watch them for the experience a certain someone else is having and their reaction.

I like to watch fighting games from a youtube user called darksydephil. HE use to be a tournament contender for fighting games and now has a steady job making LP’s of video games. I don’t watch them because of the game but because of his added value like humor.

People make a living with these videos. They get a massive fanbase because of their unique traits and showmanship. Nintendo is claiming that as their own.

Their Social Network may not be floundering but it is not active by normal people. By that I mean that there is no way to escape getting a Google + account. You either get it when you get a Gmail, Youtube, or when you want to write a review on Android apps. I had to make an account on my fathers phone to leave a review. Will he ever use Google + again? No.

Just because Bungie is going cross platform doesn’t mean Halo is. Also, that doesn’t mean they will repeat the same success. I recall Halo Reach and ODST being failures compared to the other three Halo games.

I think it happens with all underdogs. They usually have something to prove just look at gaming sites, those PS3 fans are usually very annoying and obnoxious against Xbox fans and WiiU fans.
