Maybe I’m just old school, but to me the best “hang out” is with friends over coffee at Starbucks, or at a friends’ house with the BBQ and college football. I don’t really see the big point of video chatting right now. It’s okay if your family is on the other side of the country, but honestly, does anyone think Hangouts is going to be the new norm, replacing social gatherings?

I’ve always been a big believer of red light management. That is, make the lights green for longer and longer periods of time over the primary roads and the secondary and tertiary roads that intersect them face only green right turn only signals. This would alleviate traffic congestion without having to spend any money.

It’s funny to read these posts and hearing about how Apple is out of control, especially when Apple has its own patents upheld. But at the same time people love it when Apple gets “a taste of its own medicine” and they start screaming for the death of Apple.

Tell that to Motorola and the German courts.
