Idk, but the labs and one-on-one with the engineers is definitely worth the money for iOS developer shops. I have so many questions that not even Stack Overflow can answer, but unfortunately 1) don’t have 1600 dollars for WWDC and 2) no Apple engineer I know.
I don’t think “Apple obsessives” are the ones going to WWDC (maybe just to the keynote) – the workshops are awesome.

Yeah it is. Getting free hardware that costs the same as the ticket effectively makes the ticket free. So yeah, sold out as quickly as WWDC. Just Google’s tickets cost $ 0 and Apple’s $ 1599.
Exactly. And they give you free hardware, so the ticket is pretty much free. So stop comparing how quickly people buy tickets for 0 dollars and 1599 dollars. Different people indeed.
