I don’t care if it is regressive or not, because I’m against taxation in general. But a single consumption tax would still be better than the 74,000+ page clusterfuck of a tax code we currently have. In any case, the Fair Tax isn’t regressive, because it factors in low income spending.

Sales tax is only regressive when it is stacked on top of all the other taxes. If a sales tax was the only tax life would be much easier, and fairer.
