The way Microsoft pushes updates has always been garbage and invasive. I think that it is meant to be as they are usually security updates that are kinda important.
I’m really sick of people trying to merge the taskbar desktop and start screen. What is wrong with Stardock`s idea of a miniature start screen which operates within the desktop. When you need it. Having the start screen be ever present is just stupid.
to be fair windows rt is not windows 8. A runtime app for g-drive would be a waste of time. RT isnt advanced enough for file synchronization me thinks. it would basically be a bloated web view. might as well be using the web view at that point. Im pretty sure that you get the same problem with skydrive on an arm device.
i think we can be pretty certain that apple has decided that a good way to continue to erode MS market share is not to support their platform. Why give people a reason to buy another device that you arent making crazy over the top hardware profits on.
About time. Microsoft made a mistake thinking we wanted rt. All that production line dedicated to rt could’ve gone into getting the surface pro to we who need it sooner.
