Seriously, for performance, etc, Verge needs to compare these to both MB Pro and MB Air. If they position well between the 2 Apple products, that’s OK. But I think the 2 Apple products bound the space these alternatives are trying to operate in. It’ll be an interesting point of evaluation whether you run Windows or MacOS (I’d suggest trying both) on the two Apple products in question to get a good like-to-like comparison.

And Google has done a pretty good job calling into question Oracle’s expert witness submissions on damages.

What’s scary is that Wolff probably believes there’s no similarity. Steve Jobs may have had a ‘reality distortion field’ but that always expressed the existence of reality. Marketeers just make up stuff…
