Try spooks, a bit like 24 but a bit more gritty with a smaller budget, so less glam. Give it a while to warm up, think there are nine seasons. Also I enjoyed utopia from channel 4, very odd but compelling. Watching the fringe at the moment and its building up nicely. Firefly is worth watching, although it was cut off in its prime, excellent show, serenity the film version of the series is worth a look if you like it.
Have to agree with the others, breaking bad was one of the best tv shows I’ve watched, but it starts slow as it establishes all the characters, stick with it though. One last thing, set up a vpn to get around countries restrictions, I use a paid one but there are free ones too.
