The Xbox controller always was the ugliest one. This one is the better looking of the lineup, but they still kept the Fisher Price face buttons.
All things considered though, controller looks don’t matter much. It’s all about ergonomics, and I’ve always preferred the Xbox controller for that reason alone.
That’s the best part about the new controller. WiFi Direct allows pairing with any WiFi enabled device. Much better than the proprietary RF nonsense of the current controller.
It’ll probably be compatible with anything from PC to tablets and smartphones.
