About dvdmon

I'm a web developer in DC area, but born and raised in New York City. I beta-tested software for my elementary school in the 70's, rocked Atari computers in the 80's, and started playing with the web in '93 at grad school. My college degrees in Russian and Slavic linguistics went to waste as I decided to finally admit that I wanted to do computer stuff for a living. I'm a huge gadget lover, my first "smartphone" was the original Danger Sidekick, but then had multiple Treos, including Windows Mobile ones, a Palm Pre and Palm Pre 2, before finally settling on Android after HP dismantled Palm.
