Lets see, gmail and various google services are used by millions, yet no Windows 8 or WP8 google apps apart from a single search app (which on WP8 is just a link to googles webpage). Tons of popular games are ios and android only but not on Windows 8 or WP8 so why exactly should Microsoft release a high value platform exclusive to competitors platforms?
As was said above, people need to realise it isn’t a god given right that everything has to automatically go to iOS or Android.
