This is definitely true. In the past, I was a part of the Occupied Wall Street Journal, which was listed as an art project.. we got an explosion of money, much more than we anticipated. Now I’ve been working on this festival:

It is a sort of Occupy music and politics and debate festival, but is not listed as an art project (even though it contains art). This has made things much more difficult for us.
