I understand that, but again, if you can’t recall basic details then you are of little value as a witness and should not be on the stand.
It’s fine to forget things, it not fine to use that vague recollection as testimony.
So, the DOJ put a man on the stand who can’t back up his claims with names dates or places and people on this thread are mad at the lawyer for pointing that out? If Turvey couldn’t provide that basic level of detail, the guy had no business testifying in the first place.
