“Samsung has a history of failing to update phones on time”… maybe in the US, the rest of the world has been using ICS on the S II for at least one month now… ICS for the note is around the corner…
Only HTC updated some of their phones before Samsung. Meanwhile Motorola, LG, even Sony Ericsson havent rolled out updates, or the Arc got ICS already?
