I’ve been seeing some of the same stuff, but the nice thing to counter this that I’m seeing is some of the stuff that I have in GM already that Spotify doesn’t have is available right alongside the streamed music. One feature I will miss if I keep this is starting a radio station based on my playlists.

Have you tried changing it in settings to using HTML5 (does WP use html5… i really have no clue)?

The related artists was a lot more fun than the radio. Their algorithm was a joke. I think I liked or disliked too many things, it seems like eventually I got the same music whether I started a radio station based on Johnny Cash or Sonic Youth. I’m hoping over the long term, GMAA is better at that. Thank you much for the report, I’ve got 2 weeks before my billing cycle kicks over again to play… I think I’ll give it a shot tonight.

So… in the next couple of weeks, IF… and I am speaking in the hypothetical here, google announces an iOS app is that going to change to an immediate yes, or are you just angry and want to make sure we all know how you feel? Want a hug?

This is kind of a specific question, but any spotify users that have switched , and are indie music fans… how does the catalouge compare? I love band surfing once in awhile to find new music on spotify… is this possible from what anyone can tell? The other thing I’m wondering, I want to switch to WP after my GSII contract is up, has anyone wit hWP tried streaming it through the mobile browser yet?

I couldn’t have put this any better myself. I’m a paying Spotify customer, but I think it’s a mistake for Google to not offer the free tier. I doubt I would have ever become a paying customer if they hadn’t.

Wow did this bring back a lot of memories. I remember my friend getting Broken for his 15 birthday in 92, then a couple months later us tracking this down. I don’t know whether I should be disturbed that a “snuff” video brings back fond memories or not. This and if anyone else out there remembers another hard to find video from that era, “The Gift” by Janes addiction… I rewatched that a few years ago.
