Zune software is STILL eons ahead of iTunes. And the subscription model is still the best in the industry. The hardware was top notch in my opinion….better than any iPod I ever owned. I still use my 80GB Zune in my vehicle and my 64GB Zune HD is my go-to gym player. I do agree that they should have just focused on the software side instead of bringing out hardware though, the iPod was king of the hill by the time MS decided to get on the bandwagon….
