At no time security was used as sole reason to curate the App Store. I’m not going to defend Apple’s move here, but Jobs has made clear publicly that they’re filtering out morally shady and sexual adult content.
No really. I got it from the comments here that BBM is big in the UK (which makes sense given that their sole BB servers for Europe have been there). I’m from Germany, living in Finland now. I could only tell you a handful of persons who really heard about BB before in both countries, BBM even less. I’m talking about normal people, not IT workers or tech nerds
Yeah. But the seam between metal and polycarbonate looks like it will gather ugly dust/dirt/pocketshit pretty quickly .. not so sure if this was a good choice of product design/production value
