This was my idea! I called it XBox TV. $99 is a super win!

Microsoft should make an “XBox TV” unit (Something like the Apple TV or Roku). Give users all the entertainment content, minus the games (I have a PS3 and I use it for watching NetFlix most of the time) ,sell it for $99 and make billions. Also, have a streaming feature (DLNA or AirPlay) from PCs and Smart Phones (especially Windows Phone). This should require no more than three steps to setup. For kicks, integrate Skype (just connect a USB webcam or AirPlay Skype from your smart phone to the XBox TV). Also, make sure it has recording and pause live TV like the Media Center has. Finally, release just before Christmas and post great numbers for Q1 in the Entertainment Division.
