OK, Play STore website is refreshed and mobile Play Store app is in-process. If the app doesn’t work, use Google’s d/t page — just click ‘Install’, then select your device (from drop-down list) for remote install.:
Which explains why (30 min. after rev number increment) it’s listed as ‘available’ for my DroidX but not my Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7 or any other Jelly Bean devices…how, exactly?
Just for sake of comparison, I’ve not seen this error before with any new rev on Play Store.
