This is awesome technology. I can imagine this could be used to help schizophrenics find their way back home, or just make security lines faster.

This is honestly a bad article. Why did the system fail? This is never explained in the article. Of course CCTV cannot prevent the bombing, do you expect the cameras to shoot back or something? CCTV helped identify the culprits before they could get away.
